Matchbox Twenty performing “She Came In Through The Bathroom Window”

Oh God. There’s nothing worse than a non-rock band trying to act like a rock band. Not only does Matchbox Twenty (who, I admit, I enjoyed in the mid-90s) embed this Beatles cover within the horrible tune “Bright Lights”, but they also try to jam at the very end of the song.  Rob Thomas and the boys have been mentioned here before for their cover of “Don’t Let Me Down”, but this is a far cry from that.

Joe Cocker needs to give them some pointers.
