November 28, 1995 The Beatles’ Anthology 1 breaks the US sales record with 855,473 copies sold in the first week.

In my opinion, by far the best thing to come out of this (and trust me, there are tons of great songs/videos from Anthology) is “Free as a Bird.”  The remaining three Beatles of the time did an amazing job putting the song together and doing it justice.

Here’s the video for it that was later released.  Spotting every little Beatle reference in it is nearly impossible, but it’s sure fun to try.
