The Grey Album by Danger Mouse

Again, I’d like to reiterate that by no means do I condone covering the Beatles’ music in any way (the last two Hidden Gem posts may suggest otherwise).  However, this is one mashup that I simply can’t pass up.

Ages ago, back in 2004, DJ Danger Mouse decided to mix The Beatles with Jay-Z.  The final result was The Grey Album, which was subsequently shunned and banned by EMI because - as we all know - you don’t mess with Beatles’ music!
